Happy Go Lucky Award

HappyGoLuckyAward-300x191This sterling silver trophy tray award, owned by the club was originated and donated by Julian and Elaine Baird in recognition of the early ground breaking excellence in Coton agility by Multi-Champion Bar-Ken’s Happy Go Lucky. This perpetual award, intended to further interest in agility abilities of our breed is awarded each year for the highest ranking USACTC, Inc. Coton de Tulear.   Each year,  the Coton with the highest scores and owner will be presented with a Plaque and Certificate in Agility Excellence during our annual meeting/banquet.  Happy Go Lucky Award Winners

 

 


The United States of America Coton de Tulear “Bronze Coton” Award

This award is an annual award given to a member of the USACTC, Inc whose Coton has highest AKC ranking each year. (combined Breed and All Breed).  The trophy is a perpetual award, owned by the club. The winner will be presented with a commemorative plaque to keep.  USACTC utilized the statics and effective date employed by The Canine Chronicle to calculate points earned. Each year’s winning Coton’s owner will be presented with a Bronze Coton Award Certificate and Plaque during our annual meeting/banquet.  Bronze Coton Award

 


Lopatin Award

(Now Retired)  lopatin-website-294x300This award has been retired.  The United States of America Bronze Coton Award takes its place. 

History: This award was an annual award given to a member of the USACTC, Inc whose Coton has highest AKC ranking each year.  The trophy is a perpetual award, owned by the club and inscribed with the winning Coton’s name and owner’s name.  The winner will be presented with a commemorative plaque to keep.  This award was originated and donated by Suzanne Lavigne and Andr’e Sauv’e for special recognition of the years hard work established by the founder of USACTC, Inc. Leon and Helga Lopatin.  This Award has been our club’s most coveted award.  Thank You Suzanne & Andr’e.  USACTC utilized the statics and effective date employed by The Canine Chronicle to calculate points earned.   Lopatin Award Winners

 

 


Bred By Exhibitor Class only Achievement

USACTC, announces “Bred by Exhibitor” only recognition, beginning January 2018 to our USACTC member(s) that have received AKC recognition for championing their Coton in the Bred By Exhibitor only class. USACTC, member’s will be recognized and presented a certificate during our annual meeting/banquet. USACTC requests a copy of their AKC recognition letter mailed or emailed to our Club President.

 

 


USACTC, Owner/Handler

This award is an annual award given to a member of the USACTC, Inc., whose Coton has highest Owner Handler ranking each year.  The winner will be presented with a commemorative plaque to keep.  This award is a special recognition for our members who proudly show excellent examples of our breed.  USACTC will utilize the statics and effective date employed by The Canine Chronicle to calculate points earned.   Owner Handler Winners 

 

 


Golden Bone Award

The Golden Bone is an award that is given at the discretion of the Board. It is awarded to those individuals who as dedicated members give 110% percent to the club.  It is our way of saying  “Thank you”.     Golden Bone Award Winners

 

 


Breeder Award

The USACTC Register of Merit award is given to those breeders who have bred at least 2 USACTC, Inc. Champions. These breeders are presented with a plaque that signifies this award at the annual meeting. The Board of the USACTC, Inc. reviews and and revises the requirements for this award.   Register of Merit Award Breeders


AKC Breeder of Merit Award

Requirements

  • Has a history of at least 5 years involvement with AKC events
  • Earned AKC Conformation, Performance or Companion* event titles on a minimum of 4 dogs from AKC litters they bred/co-bred.
  • Member of an AKC club.
  • Certifies that applicable health screens are performed on your breeding stock as recommended by the Parent Club.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to ensuring 100% of the puppies produced are AKC registered.  Breeders of Merit Award
